Biography of Pastor James E. Spann
James E. Spann is Senior Pastor at Living Water Worship Center in Plainfield, NJ. He has been in ministry for over 25 years, and Pastor at Living Water Worship Center ministry for 15 years.
Pastor Spann was born in Sumter, South Carolina. He graduated from high school in 1962, where he was president of his senior class, and played a variety of sports including baseball and basketball. He had leadership qualities in him from a young age. He was drafted into the military in 1968 and began his basic training in Kentucky. From there he was sent to Germany where he accepted his responsibility and acquired leadership skills. He was shaped into a better person when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and became filled with the Holy Ghost. He has been on fire for God ever since, telling people that there is a better way to live by knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Pastor Spann had a special gift of spreading the Word of Christ in his prison ministry. He went to several prisons in New Jersey letting them know that there is a better way when they get out. He teaches the word with simplicity and understanding for everyone that wants to know more about Jesus.
Pastor Spann has a special gift of loving and caring for people. Wisdom is so evident in his life, and he is a very anointed and gifted teacher with a unique gift of healing and discernment. He is truly a blessing to the body of Christ.
Pastor Spann has been married for 41 years to a virtuous woman of God, Emma. They have two children, a daughter in-law, and three grandchildren.

Pastor Emma is committed to excellence. She is a strong, no nonsense prayer warrior. Prayer and family are major in her walk. Pastor James and Emma have been married for 41 years. This proves marriage can and do work in a time where so many have failed. Pastor Emma also has a strong anointing and love for young people. She is committed and dedicated to the Word of God.
